At BiggBoom, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
- We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We provide Free Return Shipping for all eligible items.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
- We do not have final sale items, so all items (except customized products) are eligible for returns as long as they meet the conditions mentioned above.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or personalized products, as they are specifically made to order, are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing.
- Any item not in its original condition or with missing parts.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please send an email to info@biggboom.co or biggboom.co@gmail.com. In your message, include your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the product (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. We cover the return shipping costs, so you won’t be responsible for paying any shipping charges.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of delays, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company before reaching out to us.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at biggboom.co@gmail.com with your order details.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns.
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that they have not gone into production.
